to run your own Shogo server with protection

Shogo full 2.214 patch
(9.1 megs). This will update any version
of Shogo to the most recent (2.2). If your
having troubles with the game, or plan on
playing online, you need to be patched to
this version.
Also available is the 2.1 to 2.2 update (3.7
megs) if you just need to patch to 2.2. And
if for some reason the patch does more harm
than good, grab the patch un-installer to
back to the original version. |

not perfect, but it does the job. Just unzip
to your main Shogo directory and follow the

Features
include DES encryption (!), more logging functions,
and a chat server.
This utility allows
for remote administration of
any Shogo server right from your telnet client.start
a server (with any one of six config files),
terminate a server, restart it. Lockdown your
server remotely. Use your own username and
password, and set the server on whatever port
you want. Plus, everything is logged, with
the ability to view the log remotely, achive
the log, and view archive logfiles.
Be sure to grab the one with VB runtimes
if u dont already have them, and the Map pack
if you wish to use the preset 5th configuration.
The chat client is available separately (its
also included) for download so you can make
updates quickly and easily from just about
anywhere. Also available with VB6 runtimes.
